Disappointed

I ordered a necklace for my daughter in law. I came broken and without the pearl. Unfortunately, I bought it on Amazon. I reached out through them to see about getting the issue fixed. I sent the company a picture of the necklace. They verified my address and said they shipped a replacement. I never received it. So I went to a local jewelry store. That is where I will go from now on. The personalized card I could've made myself. I did notify them that I didn't receive the replacement.
