The necklace is beautiful and the card is exactly what I wanted for our nanny. However, there was an issue with the shipping. A shipping label was created a day after my order was placed. A whole week later there were still no shipping scans with tracking as if it were never brought to the post office. I contacted the seller and they told me it shipped a week ago and they were sure it was because of holiday mail traffic. 'Miraculously' my package was scanned and moving with the post office within hours of speaking with the seller.... Coincidence? ... I think not!
