Don't waste your money!!!

I normally do not write reviews, especially bad reviews, but they emailed insistently asking for my feedback so here it is.....
First, I ordered this necklace for my cousin's birthday. The item says, ships next business day, and when I placed the order on a Saturday, it said the expected date of arrival was that following Wednesday. My cousins birtday was the Saturday a week from the date I ordered, so I thought - great, plenty of time!!
I got a notification that the necklace label had been created on Sunday and it was waiting processing. By Wednesday (the day it was supposed to arrive), nothing had changed, it was still waiting on processing and hadn't moved. I reached out to customer service by email. NO REPLY. By Friday, nothing had changed. It was still sitting in the same spot, so I reached out to customer service again and NO REPLY! My cousin's birthday came and went and still, not movement on my order. I finally had to file a dispute with the credit card because it I wasn't hearing anything from customer service, nor was it moving. All of the sudden, it ships. I finally received it TWO WEEKS LATER and it was something out of Claire's! I was too embarrassed to give it as a gift. But NOTE: If you want to return the item, you have to ship it back to ISREAL and pay for the shipping. It ships from New York. This place is such a scam. And what's sad, is that before placing the order, I thought I would also buy myself a necklace. Now, I wouldn't give them another dime! Terrible customer service (or should I say - Nonexistent customer service), it does not ship the next day nor will it be there in 3-5 business day, and it is not even a nice piece of jewelry! Lesson learned.

Absolutely gorgeous! Exceeded my expectations. Looks like a piece of very high-end jewelry. Arrived early and was packaged beautifully. My girlfriend loved her gift!
